ELSLS Sign is the document signing service operated by Empowered Living SLS. This policy explains what information the service handles when you sign or send a document, and how we treat it.
We use this information only to run the signing service: to deliver documents to the right people, to record that a document was signed, to send related notifications by email, and to keep a verifiable record of the transaction. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
A small number of service providers help operate the platform. Email delivery is handled by Resend. The service runs on servers we control. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Signed documents and their audit trails are kept for as long as Empowered Living SLS needs them for business and recordkeeping reasons, or as required by law. If you want a document removed, contact us and we will tell you what is possible for that record.
Access to the service requires an account and password, and staff accounts can add two-factor authentication. Traffic to the site is encrypted with HTTPS. Documents are stored on servers we control with restricted access.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask about deletion. Signing an electronic document is voluntary. If you would rather not sign electronically, contact us and we will arrange another way.
